At Marrow Market, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is faulty or does not meet our quality standards, we offer an exchange or, return and refund to the original payment method or store credit

Eligibility for Refund
- Exchange or refunds are only applicable for defective items.
- Items must be returned in their original tags, packaging and unused condition.
- Requests for exchange or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refund Process
- Contact us at help@marrowmarket.com with your order number and photos of the defective item.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- After we receive and inspect the item, you can choose to receive your refund as store credit or through the original payment method.

Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Store credit refunds cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for socks, fragrances, earrings or body Jewelry, swimwear or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.

As much as we’d love to accommodate every request, we only handle exchanges for defective items. Unfortunately, size or color swaps aren’t available at the moment

To return a defective item, please email us at help@marrowmarket.com with your order number and a description of the defect. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return process and cover any shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return and issue an exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Defective items will be inspected before a return is approved.
